Thermal Break Five-axis CNC Roll  Forming Machine

Functions: Combine strips with common aluminium profiles to make thermal break aluminium profiles.

Features:

1) "Five-axis CNC system", adopts Mitsubishi PLC, Yaskawa servo motor, silver linear guide rail, Siemens or Mitsubishi inverter, Schneider electric appliances, Siemens main motor, Italy CAKMOTORI deceleration motor, Yade motor.

2) Advanced 15.6 inch interface, equipped with special software developed by ourselves. It can realize five-axis data storage and recall when rolling different aluminum profiles; which realizes fully automation when changing different profiles

3) Six rolling discs with active force, uniform force, high speed, high efficiency, frequency converter stepless speed regulation.

4) Six groups of rolling disc are integrally adjusted by CNC , when changing different insulation strips , press One key pneumatic to open the upper rolling discs . After fast changing different gaskets , one key pneumatic to close the bottom rolling discs ; which realize fast strips changing .

5) Rolling disc shaft has be hightened to 210mm ,  210mm-high composite rolling disc ( discs + gaskets) can be installed to realize multi-strips rolling up at one time .

6) Four groups of rubber rollers can be adjusted up and down by CNC or Manual fine-adjusting .
